Jennifer has a practice that is not just limited to representing clients in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate issues – she is also known as the “Tom Hagen” of the firm. Advising clients who find themselves in stressful, and often unique situations, Jennifer guides music and sports industry clients through challenging circumstances, identifying the issues necessary to bring them to a quick and successful resolution.
As a real estate consigliere, Jennifer understands the unique financial needs of entertainment and sports professionals. She counsels Grammy-Award winning artists, songwriters, producers, label executives and NFL & NHL athletes, helping them achieve their real estate portfolio goals, from home ownership to investment property. Jennifer represents developers, buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, homeowners associations, and financial institutions in various real estate transactions from residential purchase and sales transactions to commercial property acquisition and lending. In addition to being a partner of the firm, Jennifer owns and operates The Row Title & Escrow, LLC, a title insurance agency, which benefits the real estate needs of her clients.
Upon graduation from law school, Jennifer served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Marietta Shipley, Second Circuit Court Judge for the 20th Judicial District. She became a litigation associate with a local firm, and then moved to New York City where she served as in-house counsel with First American Corporation, a Fortune-500 company. Shortly after relocating back home to Nashville, she became a co-founder of the Firm.
Jennifer is a member of the Tennessee and Nashville Bar Associations and is admitted to practice before in the State courts of Tennessee and the United States District Court of Tennessee, Middle Division. Jennifer has lived in Nashville for over 30 years, a factor which has inspired her dedication to representing Music City residents and energized her commitment to active community involvement.
