Alison joined the firm as an associate following her graduation from Belmont University College of Law, where she concentrated her studies in entertainment and intellectual property law, with an emphasis on copyright, trademark, music industry contracts, and served on the Entertainment Law Society’s executive board.

Before joining the firm, Alison gained diverse experience across transactional and litigation matters through internships and professional roles in both private practice and the court system. Her work included contract drafting and review, legal research and writing, and dispute resolution support, with a consistent focus on resolving complex issues through practical, client-centered solutions.

Prior to law school, Alison earned her Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Boise State University, along with a Certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution with a concentration in mediation. She began her legal career in mediation, where she developed a strong foundation in client communication, conflict resolution, and settlement strategies, an experience that continues to inform her approach to negotiation and advocacy.

Alison is building a practice in entertainment law, assisting with the preparation and review of agreements for songwriters, recording artists, and producers. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her dogs, attending live music events and going to Nashville sports games.
