Cheshire brings experience in entertainment, intellectual property, and business law to his role at Keller Turner Andrews & Ghanem. His practice focuses on procuring and negotiating recording, publishing, sponsorship, TV/film, and licensing agreements across all entertainment genres, as well as catalog and asset purchases, with a particular focus in the country and Christian music industries.

Cheshire is also a registered patent attorney and advises and assists his clients with all their intellectual property needs, including trademark, copyright, and patent registration, protection, and enforcement. Additionally, he provides counsel on a variety of corporate matters to businesses and entrepreneurs alike, including LLC formation and other essential structures needed for his clients’ business success.

In addition to his law practice, Cheshire also teaches Copyright Law and Music Industry Contract Law at Belmont University, home to one of the world’s best music business programs.

Prior to his legal career, Cheshire served as a fighter pilot in the United States Navy, an experience that instilled the discipline and focus he brings to his practice.  In his free time, Cheshire enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, hiking, and woodworking.
