Alyssa Johnson

Alyssa is passionate about content-driven business. Alyssa concentrates her practice on transactional entertainment matters, with a focus on negotiating entertainment industry agreements of all types for songwriters, recording artists, producers, and digital content creators.
Before entering private practice, Alyssa served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the 21st Judicial District of Tennessee (Williamson County). Her professional experience also includes internships with the Nashville Predators, the Tennessee Volunteer Lawyers and Professionals for the Arts, HarperCollins Publishers, and Music Farm Productions.
Alyssa is originally from Louisville, Kentucky. When away from the office, she enjoys travel and low stakes arts and crafts. She currently serves as a member of the Executive Committee for the Entertainment and Sports Law Section of the Tennessee Bar Association.
